When I first acquired Poway Garden Road Self storage in Poway, I had my mother manage the facility. She took the occupancy up 20% in the first year. The main reason was she operated as if her tenants were her family; she would hold mail for them; she would help them get their telephone connected; you name it, she did it. When she retired, my niece took over in the same tradition for several years.

Now, and since 1999 we have Jamie Ming, “the mother of all managers”. She really cares about her tenants, and treats them as family, along with being the most professional manager you’ll ever meet. Come by you will see what I mean when I say “Service is the Key”.
